About Chloë
I teach the thing I had to learn myself: how to stay.
Therapist and somatic dating coach. Founder of Healing In Tune. Recovering over-giver.
the short version
I was the woman who could hold everyone but herself.
I wish I’d had this back when I was the one anxiously dating. I overthought every text, replayed every conversation, and mistook the spinning for love. I didn’t have language yet for what my body was doing. Now I do, and it’s the whole of what I teach.
For years I was fluent in everyone else. I could read a room in seconds, sense a shift in someone's tone, and rearrange myself to keep them close. In dating it looked like being easy, being fun, being whoever kept the connection alive. And underneath, I was exhausted and quietly disappearing.
The turning point wasn't a mindset shift. It was learning to feel my own body again. To notice the bracing before I sent the text. To stay with the discomfort instead of reaching to make it stop. That's somatic work, and it's the only thing that actually changed how I loved.
Now I help women do the same. Not to need less or want less, but to stop abandoning themselves to be chosen. To become the secure, steady home they keep hoping to find in someone else.
"You were never too much. You were just never taught that you could stay." — Chloë
There’s a reason it’s called Healing In Tune. Long before I coached, I was a vocalist, songwriter, and performer, a life spent listening for what’s in tune and what isn’t, in a room, in a voice, in a body. That’s the same ear I bring to your nervous system. I’m also a trained Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, a licensed therapist (LMFT) with an MA in Clinical Psychology, and a teacher, and every bit of it lives in this work.
How I work
Below the thinking, where the pattern lives.
Somatic, not just mindset.
We work with your body and nervous system, because that's where the reaching and spiraling actually happen. Insight alone was never going to be enough.
In the real moment.
Not theory for someday. Practices for the exact moment you're activated, spiraling, and about to abandon yourself to feel okay.
Zero shame.
You're not broken and you're not too much. Every pattern here is met with compassion, then gently, practically, worked with.
